Bilingual Parent Advisory Committee
BPAC is a council that is mandated by the State of Illinois as part of the LIEP program structure. BPAC members are parents of LIEP program students and LIEP department staff. BPAC meets at least four times a year. The purpose of the Council is to receive information related to the instruction of EB students, to learn of innovations and programmatic changes and to provide input regarding the interest and needs of the parents, students, and the larger school community. BPAC members
also review the District Bilingual Service Plan annually.
